BOOTS	Riedell 297 - Top grain leather uppers with double reinforcements are designed for flexibility. Ankle and tendon padding provide a very comfortable fit. Sherling sheepskin tongue adds extra comfort. Soft white everdri leather linings are perspiration and moisture resistant. New tapered leather soles and heels give added edge control.
PLATES	Snyder Super Deluxe - Drop-Forged, High Polished,k Aluminum Plates, 10-degree Double Action Trucks, fully Adjustable Pivot Pins, Takes Adjustable Toe Stop.
WHEELS	Bones Elite - High quality urethane, long lasting harder formula for reduced flat spots.
BEARINGS	Bones Swiss - Removable synthetic high speed ball retainer, shielded one side allows for complete cleaning and relub rication, hardened steel balls, deep grooved speed races, high temperature, low viscosity lubricant. (May be subbed with the comparable Boss/BSB Swiss bearings).

I have these skates. The 1st pair I bought like these was in the early 90's. I outgrew them. I bought my 2nd pair from LowPriceSkates. A little higher in price from what they were then but couldn't find any cheaper brand new. I had a little trouble with the tongue sliding on the side but that was the only problem I have had so far. I wanted something a little more fancier so I bought the 336 Tribute boot and Snyder Super Deluxe Plate. I absolutely love them! I liked my 297 boot as well except for the tongue sliding. Not sure why this happens? Anywho, still the best artistic, dance, freestyle, old school skates on the market! GR8 Skates! s

I have these skates, purchased from Low Price Skates...added cutom features like 350 boot(more padding) did homework for about 2 years before i purchased!!! I love them, for the serious skater.
