I had these mounted on my skates shortly before I took a 15 year hiatus. I'm surprised they're still making these boots. The biggest problem with this is that the boot is two pieces, and the leather is glued to the plastic sole. There is no other reinforcement. That glue simply can't hold up to any decent amount of force, so your boot ends up separating from the sole. Shoe Goo only fixes it briefly, so you're left looking for another set of boots. You could try to attach the boot to the sole in other ways before it separates, but these boots aren't very comfortable so why would you want to bother? Plus, I don't believe they come in half sizes, which makes it even more difficult to get a good fit. Many are heat moldable leather for a great fit (which these aren't.) They call them "vegan" because they're not real leather. They're vinyl and plastic. Your best course would be to invest in a better set of boots that are comfortable and built to last.

I bought this boot in white because it was cheep and I was in a pinch. Big mistake. The boot has separated from the sole and here I am searching for another boot. I was able to use this boot for 11 months of hard derby practices but that's money I could have put toward a better boot. It was a comfortable boot when I replaced the insoles and broke them in but overall--Don't waste your time or money on this boot.

i had to use my sisters once for like a week and they gave me blisters. but after a while they are pretty comfortable.the tongue pushes down on your foot so it doesn't move your foot. good boot
