Bought these maybe 5 months ago MAX, and I really only skate (roller derby) about 3x a week. I read a few reviews before I bought them about the hubs falling out, but I ignored them because they are so beautiful. Well lemme tell ya, when 5 of my 8 hubs are gone and now the insides are yellow and brown...they aren't so beautiful. They worked really great for about the first month. Then my first hub fell out in a game, then 4 more over the next few months. These are a fast and grippy wheel, but defiantly not meant for derby. Would be a great recreation skater's wheel.

I've been skating these wheels for about four months, no problems. I know two other people running the same wheels and we all like em. I run mine with ceramic bearings and whoa are they fast.

These wheels are the BEST! I am 46 years old and have been skating since I was twelve, so believe me when I say that I have skated on A lot of different types of quad wheels. I can say without A doubt that the wide Strokers by Atom are the best wheels I have ever skated! Fast, great roll, and yet they grip really well on A wood floor! I won't skate on cement or plastic flooring, but friends of mine say that these Strokers even grip well on those sketchy surfaces. Another thing that I like is that Strokers are quite A bit lighter than other aluminum hubbed wheels that I always bought before because of the fact that I weigh over 200 lbs. I guess that Atom knows how to make A nylon hub that can take the "heat" of A big guy that skates hard. I have actually bought A couple of extra sets of the wide Strokers so that I won't ever be forced to skate A wheel of lesser quality! I don't know how A person could say anything better than that to describe just how good these wheels are!
