I received this bag as a gift for Christmas. Less than three months later (average use, hauling gear to derby practice about 3x a week), the telescoping handle disintegrated into pieces. Wrote to the company several times, even asking about buying a new handle, and they didn't respond beyond the initial "send us the receipt and we'll see what we can do" (which I did). I've had $30 bags from Walmart last a year, am extremely disappointed in this product, if I could rate it zero stars I would. :(
