Super hard Vanathane compound. This type of wheel is the same compound and size as the original "All American Plus." This wheel will SLIDE! Made in the original factory in Tulsa, Oklahoma. These wheels were bought from another rink as a closeout sale - we only have one pair! They were used as an artistic wheel in the late 1970's. In awesome condition!
