I went on tour Last years with the 2009 U.S ARMY Soldier Show,and Roller Skated in 60 Military Location and Performing in 120 Shows. I bought the "Fireflys" to use when I came out to perform for the Thousands of Military and Civilian Family's in the U.S A and Overseas(Hawaii and Korea). The crowds love the wheels when I had all 8 wheels on but my problem was my Axles where to short.When I was performing in Huntsville,Alabama my lock-nut came off followed by my Wheel and China bearing leaving my inside China bearing coming off last! LMAO The crowd of 20,000 where in Shock as I finished my routine on 7 Wheels! My 1SG was in the Front row of the Show and saw this happend,and she "FREAKED OUT".I just Roller Skated off the stage on 7 wheels,after losing my Right inside wheel.These Wheels are to Soft and they do not last long and you need to have a longer axle to keep them from coming off.

I bought these wheels from our local skating rink for my sons Birthday. He skates every week from 8-11. That's 3 hour session. On his 3rd visit to the skating rink, 3 wheels stopped lighting up & 2 others locked up (via bearings). We exchanged them for a new set & the same things continued. We were extremely disappointed because they really looked good. Everyone was asking "Where'd you get those wheels?". If the lights lasted longer, they would sell alot more of these. they looked really hot in the dark rink!!!

I bought these wheels with my new skates as a birthday gift to myself. I chose to use them on my outside wheels only. That way I could double my use since I was not using all 8 at once. Of the first 4, three quit working after about 3 months (I skate once a week). I have used the other wheels yet.

Although these are an eye catcher, we were disappointed that they only lasted two months.
