I had a set of Hyper HeadHunters that got a little slick after being stored in a closet for about 15 years. They got a bit grippy after using them for a few hours, but I figured it was time to upgrade. Sure-Grip took over manufacturing Hyper wheels, so I was a little leery. I ordered a set of whites that had just become available. After about 45 minutes of breaking them in, I was keeping up with the fast kids on roller blades. I couldn't do that with my green HeadHunters. After a couple of hours, these things were like they were glued to the floor. The kids on the rollerblades gave up trying to catch me after that. I was hitting corners so hard that my knees were hurting the next day. I'm a 210 pound 44 year old, so passing those younger kids felt really good. I wouldn't hesitate recommending these for a second. Pick up a decent set of bearings, if you don't already have a set, and you should be good to go (and go fast.)

These wheels are sick!!! They gripped right out the packaging. Went for these instead of Interceptors, and very glad I did!!

I am 228LBS and I am skating on the shaman white wheels. These wheels roll awesome with a pair of super swiss 6 bearings. I purchased these because I was skating on a pair of hyper speed head wheels I purchased in 1993. There is nothing wrong with my other wheels still one of the fastest skaters in my rink but I want to be the best and I wanted to upgrade to another great hyper wheel. REMEMBER IF YOU ARE PURCHASING THESE WHEELS PURCHASE THE BONE SUPER SWISS 6 OR THE BONE SWISS BEARINGS YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. A GREAT WHEEL REQUIRES A GREAT SET OF BEARINGS

very fast wheel.i used to skate on the blue cannibal but i needed sumthing faster so i swithed to these they are the fastest wheels i have ever skated on. the grip aint bad but sometimes i wish i would have went with pink ones on slippery days. i am now within the top two fastest skaters at my rink.before i switched i was like the fifth fastest. this wheel is not just good for speed i jump a lot and it is the best jumping wheel i used. they roll nice. my dad tried these and he was surprised at how much it increased his speed he loved them. they have very little break i time and they are still rolling great.

I went from my original wheels that came with my skates which were the Radar Caymans to these. Much much better! There is more grip and i feel more secure on them. I am faster and have more confidence while skating on these. Def get you sum!!!! I have only got about 10 hours on them so far but more derby practice tonight!!!
