soo i know it sounds dorky, but my mom bought these for me after i told her about an epic knee bruise i got while relearning how to skate in my old (25) age. they were recommended from gravity sports in renton, wa. I have been skating everyday in hopes of doing derby in a year when i move to houston. these pads are epic and awesome. i used to bite it ALL the time i mean constantly and on hard surface like parking lots. no injury or evenknee soreness. this cushion minimizes the impact like other pads wont do. they fit a little big but i am petite so no big suprise there. for the amount i had fallen these look excellent still. tons of cushion without being overbearing and hampering movement. excellent buy for the price. there was a reason the oldest skate shop in washington recommends these.

these pads are really cushy and make me feel well protected.
