These wheels are the best outdoor wheels I have ever purchased. I am a sonic drive in employee, and I have been carhopping for about 7 months. I skate on them everytime I work, concrete, blacktop, tile, you name it I've skated on it. Downhill speed skating, jam skating, skating in the rain, snow, you name it, these wheels have been through hell and back and they are still rolling, the grooves are gone but they still provide amazing grip. For how soft the hardness rating is, you get amazing life out of these wheels.

I've had these wheels (in red) for 6+ months and right off the bat I loved them. I love them MORE now that the "grooves" are gone. AWESOME grip on (DIRTY) sport court and even slick wood. This is after I skated outside in parking lot conditions for a month. Flat outs are all I'll buy.

Good wheels. Not the best in the world though. I skate EVERY day on multiple surfaces including polished concrete, sport court, wood, smooth parking lots, pretty much any place with a decently flat surface area. I have the same problem as everyone else with the wheels becoming bald in less than 3 weeks of moderate usage. I got some serious balding on my inner wheels on both sides. I bought these hoping they would hold up a little better on all surfaces.... oh well, these are now my parking lot only wheels and they do work wonders for speed and grip on those kind of outdoor surfaces. Not recommended for indoor use... especially after taking them outside.

I bought some red ones last JUNE 2008, and here it is FEB 2009 and yep, they're bald, but they are AWESOME, moreso now than when I first bought them. I practice 5+ times a week.

luv these wheels but BALD after less than a month!!! WTF indeed...
