Radar Villain Quad Speed Skate Wheels

Radar is proud to introduce the Radar Villain and the Radar Villain Wide. The Radar Villain and Villain Wide are the new High Performance Hybrid Derby Wheel from Radar manufactured entirely in the USA. They feature our Radar Quantum Urethane, which is extremely grippy. The Villain and Villain wide are great for skaters needing grip due to slippery surfaces, unusual conditions, or just because they prefer a grippy wheel.

They can also be used outdoors. The Villain and Villain wide wheels offer great grip and lots of speed thanks to the 84A material combined with the Shark hub. The Shark hub is made in the USA. Quantum Urethane is Radars Hybrid formula urethane. It is extremely grippy and is very fast when combined with the Shark hub on the Villain and Villain wide. The Quantum formula used for this Villain is 84A. Recommended use: Derby

These wheels rock!
Joe (North Augusta, SC) 10/7/2012 10:09 PM
I bought these wheels as an alternative to Poisons. I've used them for one practice/scrimmage, and my first impressions are - these wheels are awesome. I am a male derby player, 172 ponds, and I practice on old concrete in a warehouse (Balls Deep Son!). I found the Villians to live up to the hype; they grip well and feel fery fast and maneuverable. I had previously been skating on Heartless 84A's and quite frankly, I felt slow on them. I feel like I can accelerate quickly, cut, and skate lights out. I also paired them with Gold Shield ABEC-7 bearings and they give the wheels a good roll. One note - the bearings felt sticky and stiff out of the packaging, but once they were installed, they quikcly broke in; and now feel great. All in all, at just under $80 for wheels and bearings, you can't go wrong. I will be interested to see how they wear in a few months.
