Great skate for the money.

It's a leather skate with a decent plate and decent wheels for well under $200. Personally I'd prefer the Rebel Invader package. At $150 or less, you won't get more skate for the money.
Other skates in this price range tend to come with wheels and/or plates you'd want to replace.

I purchased these skates just over 8months ago,...i skate an average of 3-4 times per week outdoor and indoor. I've already been thru 3sets of wheels via wear and tear, pretty much wearing them down to the hub...BUT the skates are still in great shape despite the abuse they take. They're super comfortable and have never caused me blisters, chaffing, or any other annoyance! I love that the boot is higher than most standard skates giving added support and less slippage once they're broken in. Absolutely AWESOME for the price, i'd buy em again *but with invader plates this time :P

These skates took about a month to break in- until then, they scraped the skin off of my ankles pretty badly and left some gnarly scars. Once broken in, I really liked them but by about the 7 month mark the padding had broken down to the point that the skates were much, much too big and my feet slid around inside the boot. Because of this, I had to tie them more tightly, which in turn ripped out the eyelets, tore open the stitching... basically the boots were no longer wearable by the 9 month mark. I only skate twice per week, so it's a shame, but hey that's what you get for such a cheap price!

I've had my skates for a year now and they are still in good shape. They've been great starter skates. Upgraded my wheels and bearings.
Here are some things I didn't like:
Fugitive wheels 95a's - to slick for concrete slab, didn't like the wide (this is personal preference.
Toe stop on right plate constantly falls out, have even used loctite.
