Great skate if your a beginner or a old school jam skater like I am. Only downfall the plate is a little heavy compared to the Laser I had on my old 395s, but they are awesome plates. Turns great and on a dime. The Wheels grip great if you get the orange. Bearings aren't that great, they are smooth but do not spin fast for long periods of skating. So I suggest upgrading right away. Over all review on them great skate for old or young for the money. Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't for the bearings.

Really comfortable boot, soft leather, with classic old skool look. The DynaPro plate seems shorter then the sunlite plate that I used on my other 395 setup, which translates to sharper, quicker turns with more torque. Also, Radar Speed Ray wheels rock! I am very happy with the quality of this setup and think you will be too! PS Low Price Skates customer service is great, don't hesitate to give them a call!

These are the best skates I've ever skated on. Altho i have the "old school" front flap design I'm sure it fits about the same as the two peice as shown above. the only bad part ive noticed about em is that they're a pain in the a** after moistur builds up when u skate in em and they're a lil hard to get off. but that's not that big of a problem at all is it? but still 5 out of 5 great skates.
