these have an amazing snug fit like my running shoes! BUT after a few practices the high arches are unbearable!! I bought these at a skate shop that gives our team a discount (sorry lowprice! i bought my first pair here and all of my accessories!) and the guy was 'an expert'-he was a champion speed skater. he examined my feet and pulled several pairs from stock and basically told me these were the ones for me. i wear an 8 shoe size and he told me a 6 would work. nope! 6 1/2 would have been it. i was trying to sell these to a new girl-shoe size 6- and even she complained about the high arch! Fair warning!!!!
