Good speed plates with one problem---plastic trucks--the axles pulled out of mine twice. I went to the aluminum truck and problem solved!

love these plates! looking for a new set after 12 yrs. of using my old ones. great product! 12yrs. 18hrs. a week...you do the math.

This is a great plate especially with the new aluminum trucks and now you can even get them with flip axles which I'm hoping to get soon. I'm not sure why they previous reviewer says you can't use Hyper Shaman wheels with this plate because that is incorrect. I currently use both the white and pink shamans without a problem. I will say they do come very close to hitting the truck but you should have room on the axle to use a washer as a spacer if needed.

The new POWERTRAC plates have aluminum white trucks so you do not need to woory about messing up or striping out the axles anymore. The adjustments on the trucks are very easy to adjust. You cannot use Hyper Shaman wheels with these plates because the wheels hit the kingpin. Any wheel that is wide like the Shaman will not fit this plate. I used the Radar Zodiac Black Sticky wheels and they worked just as good as the Shamam wheels maybe better. Great plates!

I inherited my uncles old pair of power tracs and they have been great. Over the 25 years that we've shared them the only problem is the rubberized plastic trucks eventually dry out and break. ($20 replaced) and they went to bigger pivot pins so I've had to machine them myself to have them fit in the old holes (But this is no problem with the design, just the show of age). Anyway I have been very happy with them. The kingpins are adjustable; a tight setting to allow more resistance to turning or loose to allow easier turning. The slots instead of threaded boot holes are good for balancing it to the position of the foot. All around great quad set.
