I bought a set of these back around 1990 or so. They are very flexible and easy to mount on a boot. The only downside to this plate is that the height is just a little too short. I keep my trucks a little loose, so when I take a hard turn, I would think my skate was sliding out from under me. In actually my wheel was digging into my boot. Now my left boot on the outside has a big wheel cutout in it. Even with that drawback, I still give it 5 stars. Just avoid leaning way down with loose trucks.

very lightweight great for speed skating. Great movement. Had these plates for 5 years and they are amazing and at a great price. Hope this was of help.
