It starts out rough but gets to be great
Skyler (Indianapolis) 1/27/2017 2:28 PM
To start they fit wide. Luckily they don't make this in a size 13 so I took what I thought was a risk by getting a 12. (Some shoes I can go to a 12). Turns out that the 12 fit me perfect. Because of the wide fit I'd personally recommend going down a size. Now as for the wear of the skate it starts rough. Where your ankle meets the lace cover you'll probably experience a lot of irritation in frontal region of your shin. After the first two skates though you'll have a GREAT skate! Well worth the money although I would recommend getting new bearings. Bones reds are my personal choice and for the money you can't beat the upgrade quality.

I bought these skates in the beginning of April and they work very well. They scuff pretty easily. They come up high on my ankle making it harder for me to jam skate. I actually broke my ankle in them a week ago. The ankle support is weak in my opinion, but I still very much enjoy these skates. The color is great and the boot is very comfortable. The wheels work great even though the color wears off on them very rapidly.
These are the best Junior skates from Vanilla!

First off, they scuff the same color which is always a plus. They feel amazing after 4-5 hours of skating. They have a very classic color scheme which makes them very unique since Vanilla likes to make different colored boots. For the price you are paying, they are very worth it.
