I liked these wood wheels. If you want to slide they are great. They are very slippery, yet second to the Phenolic. They are good for that; however, a few things to consider: 1) These wheels are very noisy (no matter what kind of bearings you use), 2) The ride is kinda ruff, 3) You feel every bump on the surface, and 4) This wheel picks up dirt and floor crud easily. I used to roll Elite Bones. I swiched to the Woodies for about 4 months, now I am going back to the Bones...I need more grip in my life now. However, I do recommend these wheels
