If your order is incorrect and not as you ordered it, please call us immediately at 877-277-2346 so we may correct the error! If it was our mistake, we will fix it at no extra charge to you!

Be sure to include the return slip that came with your order; with your order number filled out. Please also email or call us toll free at 877-277-2346 first to let us know.

- EXCHANGES -

There are two ways to make an exchange.

Fast Exchange: Place a new order online today and we'll get it shipped out to you ASAP.
We will refund you for the original item as soon as we receive it back.

Standard Exchange: Send your original skates back to the address above and we
will ship out the new item as soon as we get it back. The card on file will be charged for shipping.

- POLICIES -

• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns without an exchange and shipping is non-refundable either direction.
• Skates MUST be returned in NEW condition.
• Special order/custom/non-stock/mounted/clearance skates may be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.

All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging.

Please contact us within 90 days after the receipt of the item for a return or exchange.

Special/Non-stock/Custom orders and Clearance/Sale/Close-out items may not be returned for credit, but we will try help you with an exchange if at all possible.

All sales from our CLEARANCE AND CLOSEOUT SECTIONS are final and may not be returned or exchanged. They are sold as-is only.
